As the sun dwindles and darkness makes its slow return, the dark submerged deep within me resurfaces seeking light and transformation. Old anxieties and fears built from an old life arise, no longer wanting to be hidden but to be explored and reassessed. I am safe now. I am loved. I am surrounded by abundance. I have built this life for myself and for those I love. I am ready to integrate who I am in this present and to release myself from my past. With the new moon in Cancer behind us, I wipe my mental, emotional, and spiritual slate. With the powerful might of this grand waterfall, I cleanse and wash my body free of memories that hold me back and do not align with this current self. I thank them for where and what they've brought me. Onwards they flow, back to the sea to become one and reset the cycle again.

Like the waters of this Earth, I claim my power as I am changing and becoming.
